Online kun je de training volgen vanuit huis op een voor jou comfortabele plek. Mindfulness Training

In de 8-weekse MBSR training leer je verschillende aandachts- en concentratieoefeningen. Mindfulness is een bewezen effectieve methode bij o.a. stress- en burn-out gerelateerde klachten. Tijdens de training bekijken we welke factoren van invloed zijn op jouw stressniveau en wat jouw automatische coping mechanisme is.
